The type of quality anti-corrosion pipeline should select anti-corrosion materials according to the working pressure, use, and its own environment and materials to be transported. Ordinary quality anti-corrosion pipeline steel plates are divided by thickness, thin steel plates <4 mm (the thinnest 0.2 mm), medium-thick steel plates 4-60 mm, and extra-thick steel plates 60-115 mm. The buried quality anti-corrosion pipeline matrix undergoes a complex physical and chemical reaction with the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe matrix. Therefore, its corrosion resistance is strong. The anti-corrosion pipeline has a wide range of uses. In addition to being used as pipeline pipes for general low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, and oil, it is also used as oil well pipes and oil pipelines in the petroleum industry, especially offshore oil fields, and oil heating for chemical coking equipment. Tubes for heat exchangers, condensing coolers, coal distillation wash oil exchangers, pipe piles for trestle bridges, and pipes for support frames of mine tunnels, etc.
