PL flange components

PL flange components roll in the barrel, and the friction between the material and the two causes the working appearance of the pipe and the barrel to gradually wear: the diameter of the pipe is gradually reduced, and the diameter of the inner hole of the barrel is gradually increased. In this way, the matching diameter gap between the pipe and the barrel increases a little as the two gradually wear. This phenomenon also increases the residence time of materials in the barrel, forming material differentiation. In the case of polyvinyl chloride, the hydrogen chloride gas generated by the differentiation strengthens the corrosion of the pipe fittings and the barrel. It is assumed that fillers such as calcium carbonate and glass fiber can accelerate the wear of the pipe fittings and the barrel. Because the material is not plasticized uniformly, or metal foreign matter is mixed in, the rolling torque of the pipe is suddenly added, and this torque exceeds the strength limit of the pipe, causing the pipe to twist and break. This is an unconventional accident damage, etc., which may affect the wear and tear.

1. The twisted PL flange components should be considered according to the actual inner diameter of the barrel, and the outer diameter error of the new pipe is given by the normal gap with the barrel.

2. After the surface of the thread with the reduced diameter of the worn PL flange components is treated, it is thermally sprayed with a wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy, and then processed to size by grinding.

3. Overlay welding of wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy on the threaded part of the worn PL flange components. According to the degree of wear of the pipe fittings, 1~2mm thick surfacing welding, and then grinding the pipe fittings to size. This wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy is composed of materials such as C, Cr, Vi, Co, W, and B, adding the ability of anti-wear and corrosion resistance of the pipe fittings.

4. Repair the bottom diameter of PL flange components for electroplating hard chromium treatment. Chromium is also a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant metal, but the hard chromium layer is relatively easy to fall off.
