There are many things to keep in mind when using and maintaining quality 180D elbow, users must use them in a specific way, and use and maintain them in an accurate and fair way. Please note the following:

1. The quality 180D elbow that has been stored for a long time should be inspected as planned. Bare treated surfaces should always be cleaned, cleaned and stored in a well-ventilated, dry indoor place. Stacking and open storage are prohibited. Always adhere to the dry and ventilated quality 180D elbow, keep the equipment tidy, and store it in accordance with the correct storage method.

2. The quality 180D elbow can be directly connected to the pipeline according to the connection method, or the equipment can be connected according to the application location. Normally, the equipment can be placed anywhere in the pipeline, but a simple inspection is required. The middle flow direction of the cut-off quality 180D elbow must be upward from the vertical disc. The quality 180D elbow can only be used for horizontal equipment. Stainless steel elbows need to pay attention to the air tightness of the equipment to prevent leakage and affect the normal operation of the pipeline.

3. When using quality 180D elbow ball valves, glove valves and gate valves, only use them when they are fully open or fully closed. The flow cannot be adjusted to prevent corrosion of the sealing surface and accelerate wear. The gate valve and the top screw valve have reverse sealing devices, which can be tightened by turning the handwheel to the top position to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.

4. The handwheel should use quality 180D elbow. Do not rely on levers or other tools to prevent damage to the valve. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close it. Otherwise it is open.

5. Tighten the stainless steel elbow packing seal bolts evenly, do not push them into the bent position. Do not scratch, obstruct the movement of the valve stem or leak.

6. During use, the quality 180D elbow should always be cleaned, and the transmission thread should be as smooth as possible. If a defect is found, it should stop immediately to determine the cause and eliminate the defect.
