The production and processing process of cheapest WN flange:
1. Whether the annealing temperature reaches the specified temperature. The cheapest WN flange is generally treated by solution heat treatment, which is commonly called "annealing", and the temperature range is 1040~1120 °C (Japanese standard). You can also observe through the observation hole of the annealing furnace. The flanged pipe fittings in the annealing area should be incandescent, but there is no softening and sagging.
2. Water vapor in the casting furnace for WN flange processing. On the one hand, check whether the material of the furnace body is dry. When the furnace is installed for the first time, the material of the furnace body must be dried; on the other hand, whether there is too much water stains on the flange fittings entering the furnace, especially if there are holes on the flange fittings, do not leak water. Go in, or you will destroy the furnace atmosphere.

3. Furnace body sealing. The bright annealing furnace for cheapest WN flanges should be closed and isolated from the outside air; if hydrogen is used as the protective gas, only one exhaust port is open. The inspection method can be smeared with soapy water at the joints of the annealing furnace to see if it runs away; the place where the gas is most likely to escape is the place where the annealing furnace enters the pipe and the place where the pipe comes out. The sealing ring in this place is particularly easy to wear. Check frequently and change frequently.
4. Protective gas pressure. In order to prevent micro-leakage of the cheapest WN flange, the protective gas in the furnace should maintain a certain positive pressure. If it is hydrogen protective gas, it is generally required to be above 20kBar.
5. Annealing atmosphere. Cheapest WN flanges generally use pure hydrogen as the annealing atmosphere, and the purity of the atmosphere is preferably more than 99.99%. If the other part of the atmosphere is an inert gas, the purity can also be lower, but it must not contain too much oxygen and water vapor.
