1. Anti-corrosion coating on the outer wall of anti-corrosion pipeline: It is to apply anti-corrosion coating evenly and densely on the surface of the derusted metal pipeline to isolate it from various corrosive media. It is one of the most basic methods for pipeline anti-corrosion. The anti-corrosion methods of the outer wall of the pipeline mainly include polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion, epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion, epoxy resin anti-corrosion and other means.
2. Anti-corrosion pipeline inner wall anti-corrosion coating: It is to carry out surface treatment on the inner wall of the pipeline, and then process the anti-corrosion coating to ensure that the coating and the pipe wall are firmly bonded. The main anti-corrosion methods for the inner wall of the pipeline are epoxy resin anti-corrosion, IPN8710 anti-corrosion, cement mortar anti-corrosion and so on. At present, the anti-corrosion method of steel pipes tends to use the same material for the inner and outer walls of the pipe, so that the coating of the inner and outer walls of the pipe can be carried out at the same time.

Anti-corrosion pipeline anti-corrosion and thermal insulation coating: In order to reduce the heat dissipation from the pipeline to the soil on the pipelines of medium and small diameter heat transfer crude oil or fuel oil, a composite layer of thermal insulation and anti-corrosion is added to the outside of the pipeline. The commonly used insulation material is rigid polyurethane foam. This material is soft in texture. In order to improve its strength, a layer of high-density polyethylene is applied outside the insulation layer to form a composite material structure to prevent groundwater from seeping into the insulation layer.
