WN flange is a kind of pipe fitting, which refers to a flange with a neck and a round pipe transition and butt-welded to the pipe. WN flange is not easy to deform, has a good seal, and is widely used. It is suitable for pipelines with large fluctuations in pressure or temperature or high temperature, high pressure and low temperature pipelines. The advantage is that the quotation is relatively cheap, and the nominal pressure does not exceed 2.5MPa; it is also used for expensive, On pipelines of flammable and explosive media, the nominal pressure is around PN16MPa.

The correct installation sequence of WN flange:
1. First, arrange the inner and outer sides of the connected stainless steel pipes before connecting the WN flange.
2. Install the WN flange with grooved ring on the pipes that need to be connected.
3. The port of the pipe needs to be processed with a 90-degree flanging process. After the treatment, the port plane of the pipe needs to be polished. After polishing, it should be vertical and flat, and there are no doubts about burrs, bumps and deformation, and the nozzle needs to be rounded with a special tool .
4. There is also a simple method that is to use the finished short tube with flanging and then weld it on the tube.
5. Insert the O-shaped rubber sealing ring and stainless steel sealing ring installed on both sides into the WN flange with grooved ring. The inner hole of the sealing ring is the same as the inner diameter of the pipe.
6. Then connect the WN flange holes with bolts, and the bolt components need to be tightened symmetrically.
7. When tightening the WN flange, pay attention to the tightness of each joint and meet the required specifications.
